Today countries around the world are more closely interconnected than ever before. A key way for countries to share ideas and foster innovation through improved access to technology and knowledge.

SDG 17 aims to enhance co-operation among countries including exchange of technology and capacity building; strengthen public finance management, promote international trade including achieving a universal rules-based and equitable trading system, that is fare and open and benefits all and overcome systemic issues such as macroeconomic instability.

Tamil Nadu fares well in terms of domestic resource mobilisation, mobilising additional financial resources, long term debt sustainability and ability to adopt technology.
