The ‘Decent Work Agenda’ agreed upon the General Assembly in September 2015 comprised of four pillars – employment creation, social protection, rights at work and social dialogue.

Tamil Nadu is moving steadily towards achieving economic growth, encouraging entrepreneurship and creating productive employment and decent work conditions for all sections of population in the State.
